Property Description
Our villa is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom property that will comfortably sleep 4 adults and 4 children and there is also a pack and play crib and high chair for a baby. The patio/pool area has a south east facing aspect and enjoys the Florida sunshine nearly all of the day.
Our villa is fully air conditioned and is equiped with ceiling fans in each room to circulate the air and keep you cool from the Florida heat.
A fitted carpet throughout except for the kitchen area and bathrooms that are tiled. FiOS TV is supplied in the family room and the 4 bedrooms and we have complimentary FiOS wireless high-speed Internet and safety deposit box. (refundable deposit of £50/$75 required for the safety box as previous guests keep forgetting to return the key)
To keep you entertained our villa has a games room that is equipped with a air hockey table, pool table and a soft tip darts game or you can relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine by the pool. The patio has a table with 4 chairs and a large parasol if required. There are also 3 chaise lounge sun chairs for complete relaxation by the pool.
(heated pool by request at £10/$15 per day - usually not required during the summer months - March to October)
