The spacious family room, which overlooks the pool area, has comfortable sofas and a love seat, with an entertainment center with a large screen cable TV, VCR, and DVD player for your entertainment while staying at the home. This living space has a ceiling fan to move the cool, air conditioned atmosphere, and is completed with a fully equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast nook for those relaxed vacation mornings.
If you would like some peace and quiet, then why not sit in our separate lounge, complete with sumptuous sofa and love seat, with coffee and occasional tables and let the "world pass you by". When you would like to have a more formal family dinner - choose to sit at the dining table in this separate lounge area.
Step outside onto the deck that surrounds a sparkling, optionally gas heated private screened pool and raised bubbling spa that cascades in to the main pool, where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine. The sun-drenched deck is the perfect spot to relax on the comfortable cushioned loungers or to eat ‘alfresco’. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
If the kids get bored with the pool – then why not spend some family time playing in the games room on the pool table, electronic darts board and foosball table? It’s sure to be a “hit” with everyone.
