In addition to the air-conditioning, ceiling fans are located in the family

room, and all bedrooms. There are 3 cable TVs, a VCR/DVD player, and a

selection of Disney and other Videos and DVDs. High-speed Internet.

Our Sunshine Home has a living room, dining room, family room, kitchen with breakfast bar, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Relax in the heated pool at the end of your busy fun filled day and enjoy the private lake view!

The living room has a sofa/sleeper that opens to a full-sized bed. The

family room has sliding doors that open from the family room to a lovely

lake view and our fully screened-in private, heated pool. Pool side

furniture of loungers, chairs, table and a charcoal grill complete the scene

for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher and microwave oven.

All linens are provided as well as Cookware and utensils.

In the Family room there is an entertainment center with cable TV and VCR/DVD. We have even provided a selection of Disney Videos for your enjoyment!

Sliding doors open from the family room to a lovely lakeside view and our fully screened-in, private, south-west facing solar heated pool area. Pool side furniture of loungers, chairs, table and charcoal grill complete the scene for your enjoyment....the perfect unwinding spot after a busy day.

For stays of 7 Nights or more we provide, for your convenience, a "Welcome Grocery Pack" to start you off on your vacation! (Not available with Special Rates)

With stays of 5 nights or less there is a $70.00 cleaning fee.

A Deposit of $200.00 is required to confirm your dates.

Pool Heat

$15.00 per night during October - April

The two additional bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a lovely skylight

One bedroom is decorated in a Mickey theme and has twin beds, the other bedroom is decorated in a fish theme and has a queen size bed and cable TVs.

Free - Use of Baby Pack n Play Bed, and high chair if requested at time of

your booking.
