SUNRISE OVER DISNEY: Stunning 2 Storey home with pool & spa - less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World

A stunning 2 storey home, situated on the desirable Sunrise Lakes Development, on Highway US 27, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World.

There are, of course, many shops (including a new Walmart Supercentre), restaurants and golf courses within a few minutes drive.

Watch the sun rise over Disney, from the front porch veranda and the sun set from your private pool and Spa.

We have approx 3000 square feet of beautifully furnished, air-conditioned living space plus the double garage. Upstairs you will find the Master Suite with 6ft King Bed, TV/ DVD player, and lounge area. The Master Suite also has a large ensuite bathroom and an oversized walk in closet. Also upstairs is the 2nd bathroom, plus 3 further bedrooms – the 2nd Master Bedroom with 6ft king bed, and two Twin Bedrooms, one with Playstation 2.

For our guests unable to use stairs, we offer a queen bedroom with 5ft bed and downstairs bathroom, situated downstairs overlooking the pool and spa.

Pool/Spa Heat

is available at a cost of £20 or US$35

per day and is recommended for the winter months.

For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of £70 or US $125 will be charged per stay.

A non-refundable deposit of £150 or US $270 per week is required to secure the booking.

Downstairs the light and airy lounge gets the morning sun and leads onto the covered front porch, which is also a nice shaded area to escape the heat of the afternoon sun. The dining room will seat 8 people and leads through to the open plan family room, with Plasma TV and Surround Sound System and kitchen/breakfast area, again seating 8.

High speed internet access point is situated in the Kitchen.

A patio door leads from the breakfast area to the extended deck with screened pool, spa and elegant patio furniture. The pool is lit by fibre optic lighting which can be set to slowly change colour giving a delightful night-time display. The spa is 6ft in diameter and is controlled by a timer.

The pool and rear garden are westerly facing, getting the full sun from mid-morning until sunset, throughout the year.

Directly across from our house is access to one of the three lakes and a forested conservation area, which is a nice place for a stroll. Just a short walk around the corner is a larger community pool and deck area with a picnic tables and a

“Tot Lot” (childrens play area).
