The two superb spacious master bedrooms each include: king size beds, LCD cable TVs, walk in wardrobes, twin vanity units, and en-suite bathrooms.

The roomy well designed lounge is large enough to accommodate two good-sized sofas and single chair. There is also a den room with a further queen sleeper sofa, this feature enables the villa to sleep 10 people comfortably.

A superb gas heated pool with built in spa (gets up to 100°F), extended pool deck and upgraded furniture is the height of luxury, allowing you to chill out and relax and after a fun filled day at the parks or golfing. The whole pool is fully screened and has a beautiful view over a retention pond. The pool gets sun all day with beautiful sunsets.

There is a games room including a full size pool table and air hockey table and loads of pool toys.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans in lounge and superior master bedroom.

There is a safe provided so you can store your passports, airline tickets etc. A complimentary high chair and cot is provided.

The living room and each master bedroom have direct access to the large pool deck; these patio doors are alarmed for the safety of young children. In addition, there is a removable child safety fence that can surround the pool.

Finally, there is a friendly and local property management company on call to answer questions or offer assistance.
